foscil (Csound opcode)

ar      foscil     xamp, kcps, kcar, kmod, kndx, ifn[, iphs]

xamp: the amplitude
kcps: the common denomiator (cycles per seconds) for both carrier and modulating frequncy.
xcar: xcar * kcps = carrier frequency
xmod: xmod * kcsp = modulating frequency
kndx: Modulation index
