ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist
The ORA-01034 error in combination with ORA-27101 is thrown if a client tries to connect to an (inexisting or not started up) instance without Oracle Net.
On Windows, this error probably means that the corresponding Oracle Service is started, but not the instance. Use oradim to start the instance.
