The Oracle Cluster Manager (CRM) is available with Oracle 9iR2 and later.
It allows to add new nodes to an existing cluster without having to stop/start the whole cluster.
Installing
The Cluster Management Software can only be installed if Oracle detects a hard disk that can be simultaneously
accessed by different instances.
