Access Module Processors (AMP)

The AMP gathers the rows that are needed to process a statement.
The BYNET is in charge of sending messages to those AMPs and receiving there results.
A BYNET group is a selected group of AMPs that act like a single AMP.
As AMPs are vprocs, they can migrate from their home node to another node within the same hardware clique if the home node fails.
