Creating AVI movies with C++ [examples]

I have created two small C++ programs that demonstrate how to use the AVI C++ classes

This example demonstrates how to create an AVI movie from (existing) bitmaps.

This example demonstrates how to create an AVI movie in memory, that is without existing bitmaps.

This example also generates an AVI completely in memory. It is a bit more sophisticated than the previous one: it generates a rotating (generated) Earth.
